Tong sandales artisanales pour homme en cuir de vachette végétale graissée couleur marron avec semelle en cuir réalisées à la main en Italie par des artisans sandaliers qui travaillent le cuir dans le respect de la tradition florentine.
La sandale est teinte par immersion manuelle dans la teinture VEGETALE. Elle est ensuite brossée à la main pour obtenir une belle finition et enfin séchée à l'air libre. Ce processus permet d'obtenir une tong sandale artisanale dite "plongée". Il s'agit d'un processus auquel nombre d'entreprises n' ont plus recours du fait qu'il exige un travail extrêmement précis et patient et aussi parce qu'il ralentit les temps de production.
Les semelles sont ensuite cousues à la main de manière à conférer à la sandale une excellente finition et une résistance de bien meilleure qualité par rapport au procédé de fabrication industriel où elle sont simplement collées.

I have been wearing these nice thong sandals for three days now. They fit perfectly on the feet. For being such a minimalist model, they have very good quality. I will definitely purchase another model of this distributor.
Lovely comfortable thong sandals
Those thongs en cuir are the best I have ever bought. I wear those sandals the whole day long because they are so comfortable on my barefeeds.
Love the design but...
I really love the design of these sandals. The sizes run small for almost a full size. The customer service team was super helpful getting everything changed - but I still had to pay the return shipping for the exchange. The one thing I noticed when I got the sandals (I got two other different models) is that the stitching of the sole is very superficial. I work from home and rarely ever go out - I am always barefoot. I have only wore these sandals to literally go grocery shopping. I wore these sandals a few times and the stitching got worn out very fast, and the sole is split open now. I would need to bring them to a shoemaker to glue them back together and reinforce the stitching. I have not wore the other two pairs that often either. I am afraid I will eventually have the same problem with the stitching and the sole splitting open.

The order came fast, very fast with no problems. I know from previous experience, Italian leather has to be broken in slowly over time. The straps come to you hard and stiff. First, I use a leather preservative and then I work the straps with my fingers until the are soft and flexible. I also try to keep the leather sandals out of rain water. I like the original design which is a single thong strap that wraps around my ankle and buckles on the side. Overall, I'm happy and pleased with my purchase and would do it again.

I was surprised at how fast the sandals arrived at my door step. The thong sandals are high quality and minimal. I have had Italian leather sandals before, therefore I know to brake them in SLOWLY. I ordered the Model 529 with a single wrap around strap and a rubber bottom. There is no arch support and these sandals should be kept out of the rain. Overall, I'm pleased and happy. Thanks.
Very neat design
Really like the minimal look of these sandals and they were delivered the next day! I presume there is a product that has been put on the soles as first few times wearing them they stain the bottom of your feet a little. The buckle is also quite difficult to use. However, very happy with our purchase.

Bought a pair last year; although the leather soles are a bit hard for me I fell in love with them. Just bought two more pairs with rubber soles, and they are even better; light, airy and just soft enough.
The design is like a simplified version of traditional Tarahumara/Raramuri huarache sandals, and although minimal they fit quite securely. Very happy.

Bought a pair last year; although the leather soles are a bit hard for me I fell in love with them. Just bought two more pairs with rubber soles, and they are even better; light, airy and just soft enough.
The design is like a simplified version of traditional Tarahumara/Raramuri huarache sandals, and although minimal they fit quite securely. Very happy.
